Read your delivery notes.
I bought a fridge from Makro online and made a note on the purchase to only deliver it at a certain date as we are moving. Now the driver is phoning me ready to deliver. I told him to bring it on the specified date. Why do you offer delivery notes on your online purchases if you are not reading it?
