Read Makro Online Reviews before purchasing!!

If I could give a zero star I would that's how terrible their services are! I asked for a refund on an order that I received that I really wasn't happy about and its been OVER A MONTH with no communication from their end. It then has to become MY DUTY as Makro's customer to call and follow up but with each call they tell you they are escalating the matter to the marketing team?! Guys I just want my money back?! Its quite telling that every single day and every other hour of that day they have complaints. Makro honestly doesn't care. This is disgusting!! I truly believe that Makro online should be discontinued because they cannot keep up with the bar that they have set!! Appauling!!!!
