If it were not for your intervention, I'd still be frustrated and feeling helpless.Thank you for "seeing me", thank you for "hearing and listening" to me. You are a customer centric caring person and I am pretty certain this is who you are at and outside of work.We (the world) really needs more people like you. Everyone is so ever busy and preoccupied with "their own things" to lend a moment of support and care to others. However, you did this! You did it with ease, even when it was outside of your scope.
