RCS Makro payments not reflecting.

Since last year I have been making payments to my RCS Makro account but the payments are never found by Makro. I eventually decides to use another payment method but this happened again twice this year. In June I made a payment to their bank account and they couldn't trace the payment. This past month I was sent a link by Makro to pay my account using the payment system Ozow. For whatever reason even that payment can't be trace. I went to the bank and they found that all of those transactions were successful. I emailed RCS Makro with this information after a lengthy correspondence of sending them screenshots of my statements and SmSs showing that payments have been made and still no one has gotten back to me. In the meantime my brother and I are being harrased with calls day in, day out while they threaten to take action against me even though I have made all of my payments. I suffer from clinical anxiety and this has made it so much worse to the point where I am considering taking action. Also this has negatively affected my credit score and who is going to rectify that? I am so frustrated with RCS makro. Why introduce payments options to customers that still don't assist in tracing payments. We can't go on like this.
