RCS Makro insurance claim

Don't even try it. The account charges include an insurance charge in case of misfortune. I've been paying it, now that I've lost my job and claim for it to cover my account, I'm given the run around. I asked what would happen in the meantime while we wait for the approval, I was told my account would go into arrears and that they'd cover them once the claim is approved. But they proceeded to process a debit order on my bank account, I can't reverse it because they put a block on the reversal, that money was a helping hand extended and they took it.
