RCS Makro- Blue label telecom *****

App**** for a Makro RCS credit card in March; there is a company called Blue Label Telecom, which Makro allowed to add a 399 subscription to my account without my consent. I only picked this up in August. Called Makro RCS, and they could not help me, saying I must call Blue Label. I tried to cancel this, and it is still going off my credit card. how can RCS allow 3rd party take money from your credit card?
