Rcs and makro is not above the law

If I am supposed to pay you R300 a month. But instead I pay you R3000 on the 15th in advance. And I pay you every month. Why the hell do you cause **** on my credit record. And then charge me a collection fee because I did not pay you R300 again between the 1st and the 7th. Then you tell me we don't care we don't work with advanced payments. No matter what you pay you cannot pay in advance.i would like to tell you. Who do you think you are to believe you are above the law. Then if I try find a supervisor or manager and ask for a call back I get ignored. Your service is absolutely **********. Can anyone guide me to the correct people to speak to. Makro has no right to affect my credit negatively, because the call centre people don't know the law.
