raw and rotten potatoes
I sent the below email on 29 April byt o mever got a response.
Hi Makro,
I have a complaint i bought potatoes and they are raw after cooking them and we can not eat them cooked them on 20 April and thought maybe its just the one i picked cooked them again yesterday still they are raw when cooked and we can not eat them, and i can not drive to makro as it is going to be a waste of petrol just to return the potatoes. I do not want a phone call i prefer emails.

15 May 2025, 11:38Worst experience ever, i received a call on Wednesday 07/05/2925 and inwas requested to send pictures of the potatoes i Did, no feedback was received. Today i received a call from a lady mind you i bought the groceries on 19/04/2025 and i wqs told to bring the potatoes to the shop, was wasn’t i told this on the 7th but i am told this almost a month kater on the 15th and the lady was rude and she cut the cqll on me after i told her how unfairly i have been treated and she expects me to bring the potatoes back so all along the potatoes are in ky house rotten, what about my hygiene, yoh i am more ****ed off i wish makro did not even bother to call me as they are making matters worse, Makro makes me sick i am so dissapointed in you

16 May 2025, 10:19What about the bad customer service and the lady dropping the call on me? and right now i am referring to the call i received saying i must send pictures of the potatoes what was the reson for the pictures if the o ly resolution is to come tot he shop? you guys are really pathetic i am laying a complaint on the guy and lady that called me. and bad customer service
