Rather use Takealot then Makro online!!!

I saw your add on Facebook for the PS4 1TB CONSOLE + UNCHARTED COLLECTION. Immediately i clicked through to your site to buy this. I have a screenshot of your site showing it has only been sold out 50%<br> <br> After getting ready for my first ever online purchase with Makro i got an error its out of stock, i thought it couldn't be as your site indicated something completely different, after a few tries i thought lets give Makro a call, after holding on for 15minutes i gave up. I then went on Facebook and posted a post asking for assistance as i really do not want to miss this deal. I also went on your website and used the submit form and also used the online support email.<br> <br> 24h later and no response so again i get on the phone and phone someone, just to be told 10 minutes later oh sorry it was our system!!!<br> <br> Maybe whom ever looks after your online shop should give takealot a try and see what an online shop is, how you should handle customer support when they have an issue buying online. Online is immediate and if you cannot do it immediate just take your online presence off because YOU ARE FAILING!!! <br> <br> Thanks for wasting 2 of my afternoons!!!!
