Raised the bar on excellent Customer service

I was so upset when i cooked the whole day to find my main ingredient brought from Makro, was not very fresh,It was not a Makro product it was another brand, I called the branch and got through to the most thoughtful and kind lady name Liesl,i explained my situation, she was brilliant and told me to hang tight, she arrived at my house an hour later with their brand of ingredient i needed, and dinner for us to apologize for the ingredient being off and refunded me for the product as well! With a big hug and a smile this lady truly made my day! Liesle explained to me what quality checks Makro go through to insure us as customers get the best, and let me tell you it was brilliant! Makro immediately removed the all of my ingredient i bought of the shelves and they are now being returned to the supplier...SUPER SERVICE!!! completely satisfied thank you Liesl for being a wonderful human being :)
