radio repaired came back worse conditiion

My surround system is ten months old and already in for the 2nd time for repairs. The first time I got it back from repairs the problem stil wasn't fixed and now its not reading any cd's and its closing and opening the whole time. I am very upset due to the fact that my system was messed up more by the repairs dept than it was when I booked it in. How do they expect me to accept it and now its in for repairs again. I explained the situation to mark but he had no sympathy and all he told me is that makro has the right to send goods for repairs 3 times. Mark said he wil send my system in personally but since last week wednesday I havnt heard anything. I am refusing to accept this radio back after all the inconveniece caused and due to the fact that this radio keeps ons giving me problems and its not even a year old.
