****** towards children

Today I went to Makro Pietermaritzburg to buy some items. I went there directly after collecting my son from school.

When I got there the lady at the door was extremely rude to my 13 year son. She refused to let my son into the store because he was wearing a face shield instead of a mask. She treated my child like he is a ******** and standing shouting at him. She was very ****** towards my son. This is unacceptable.

I requested to speak to the manager, he refused to come out of his office and said its not his job.

When we phoned Makro headoffice we spoke to Anthony Vermeulen - he said he will get back to us - but I don't know he is planning on doing it if he did not take our number?

According to Makro a face shield is not sufficient as a preventive measure for Covid? So with other words the World Health Org does not know what they are doing? Our government does not know what they are doing?

This is unacceptable!
