****** and bad service

Good day. My name is Sihle Davey Sun, Am writing this complain about the ****** comments we got at Makro store in Germiston. Today i was with my granny and Aunt to buy lawnmow machine, as we were about to make payment one of the frontend supervisor named Nomthandazo Mabena accused my granny of card theft seeing that she is Asian and can't speak English, she keep asking were did she get this bank card and that they won't assist her if she doesn't give them any answers. she also went and did nasty comments with her fellow colleagues thinking since we Chinese I can't understand Isizulu. I wonder if i wasn't there to help her what treatment would she had received from the frontend supervisor. And also had a problem with the cashier her name is Pinkie her customer service was very bad, gave us attitude through out the whole services and also made jokes about us with her colleagues on the next counter and also thinking i cant hear what they say. We were so disappointed with the whole service we got from the staff even worse from the supervisor. We would like to see something happen with this matter because we shop there almost every month but now for such an experience to happen to us i was very disappointed. my email address is ***
