R70 Delivery a Hoax from makro!!

I bought a refrigerator on 2018/12/20 with the special delivery charge of R 70.00. I was told that I would receive it next day as the delivery guys do not work on holiday. then one of the delivery guy said he will deliver it if I pay 450.00 to him. I decided to wait instead for a day. I waited for till wed and there was no news so I decided to go to makro as the call center is as useless. When I asked for the delivery then the lady supervisor in the delivery section said she will make the arrangements and get it delivered by evening. There people in delivery also asked for more money so that they can deliver the same day. I woulder what kind of delivery schedule be manipulated with more money!! Why does makro pretend to have delivery special if they have a delivery syndicate that's operating with that. I waited again only to receive a message from her that the delivery cannot be done today but it will be prioritized for tomorrow morning. Today I have tried calling them again numerous times with no answer and no delivery.
