R60 vat from power token purchase.

Very unhappy! I went to Makro this past week for the first time in very long to try them out and was yet again disappointed. I bought more than R9000 worth of goods and decided to also buy a electricity voucher, To my surprise when i looked at the slip i bought R400 worth of power to see that I was charged R60 VAT for my power and got R360 wroth of units... My brother also afterward went to the bottle store to buy a few refreshments and they refused to assist him because he didn't have a Makro Card??? So you would rather refuse money from a new client than helping him or taking the full cash for the purchase, My brother had to go into the store to get a Makro Card to be able to buy a 6 pack of beers... This is really bad marketing and potentially chase away future clients.
