R20000 order never delivered since Nov 2023

I have found that I was billed for a R20 000 purchase from Makro, but no one can tell me what the order was and no one can give me proof of delivery?

I had enquired about providing proof of delivery 3 times now with absolutely no response. (I have the email trails) and this stems from November 2023 already.

If they cannot tell me what was ordered ( I'm certainly not missing something of that value hence doubt I purchased it) or provide me a proof of delivery I demand a refund.

I think 3 months is enough time for them to have figured out what happened to this mysterious order.
