R2000 more in an Hour??

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed. Yesterday morning 05/02/2018 I wanted to purchase a TV online as it was on special, the Price was R9,999.00 , after R2000 discount , unfortunately the website didn’t pick up my TV Licence number, after trying numerous times I escalated the issue with the online sales team, Anthony quickly assisted me with uploading the licence but the price has since changed to R11,999.00!! after a R2000 discount, I really find this poor and completely *********, that within 2 hours I am to R2000 more. I mean if I didn't have the licence upload issue I would've easily purchased the TV for R9,999.00. This is completely ridiculous.

I immediately queried this him and he assured me it wont be an issue as I had proof of a screen shot of the stated price, but I receive an email from him later stating below.

Hi ****** "I trust all is well Unfortunately our buyer wont honour the price as there is no promotion of R9999.00 and this seems to be an error on the website. Apologies for the inconvenience "
