R14000 order never delivered and no refund

Placed an order online to the value of about R14000. I was advised that the order would be delivered five days ago. It was not delivered. I have phoned Makro five times since (after several follow up calls to see when my order would be delivered and advised that it would not be) and each time told them to cancel my order and to refund me. The agents have promised me four times that they will call me back and they have not called back. My requests to speak to their supervisors have been refused. My order has not been cancelled. I have not been refunded. I have received no communication from Makro.

I have never experienced such disgusting service
