Quick to take your money , don't pay back a refund!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Ordered 2 carpets online. Received to completely different carpets to what I ordered, they didn't even match. Logged return. Waited for correct carpets to be delivered. No feedback from Makro through any of this. Only when I phoned to follow up, I am told that exchanges aren't done. So requested a refund. Waited 3 weeks only to receive half of my refund. Still waiting for the balance. Makro is DISHONEST, slow, and just down right pathetic. I will not buy as much as a sweet from Makro ever again.
