QUICK TO DEDUCT MONEY AND SLOW TO DELIVER

Regularly place Makro orders which go into the R100,000's. I struggle to get invoices out of them for credit card recons and now the cherry on the top is that we have had 2 orders outstanding for 3 weeks. I have called and been told they are out for delivery on a few occasions and now I find out that one of the orders was sent to Cape Town....for delivery in Johannesburg. What kind of service is this??? Wrong information has been provided and have to call at least 3 times prior to the invoices being sent through to me..........very unhappy customer!!!!!
