Questionable delivery service
This is the third time I’m reaching out regarding my most recent order. I ordered 5 items which were delivered in 4 different packs using 4 different tracking numbers all across 2 different days!! I have an item missing and nobody is getting back to me.
I submitted a query on the 19th and to date all I’ve received is a reference number. How or where do I escalate my complaint?

I will be escalating my complaint to the relevant ombudsman as this is now theft.
I didn’t request today’s call but it was handled so unprofessionally. I don’t even know what to expect out of that conversation????
