Hi Makro

We got a call that we can come collect collect replacement, but when we get ti the shop, we are told that they can't give us a replacement, they can only give us a voucher. This is completely unacceptable as we are told one this and then when we get to the store it's a completely different story. And the lady was even rude to us. And the only way that I can get a response is if I write a review on Hello Peter. It's not my fault that you are selling irons that font last very long. I hope that we can solve this issue soon
