i have the worst experience with Makro Strubensvalley. last year in November i ordered a portable vacum Online order #MAK*** and when i got it i advised the agents calling me to come exchange it or come fetch it or whatever. nothing has been done till today im stuck with a vacuum i cant use which I've told close to 10 people that its non functional. still nothing has been done. thy i was annoyed and gave them the benefit of the doubt again the next month in December i ordered again Online order #MAK*** WHICH i havent received some of my stuff that i have ordered on line, i mean hows that even posible that things bought from the same store wont be delivered on the same dayl. i paid for the delivery why are you guys giving me the the run around over stuff i have paid for.? Im annoyed and i DOUBT I WILL EVER use your services ever again, just come fetch YOUR VACUUM.
