Putrid service

The delivery service is absolutely appalling. No communication at all. I placed my order and paid for my order on the 25/03/2026. I was promised that my delivery would be by me on the 31/03/2026. It is my 5 year old daughter’s birthday present. They haven’t communicated or haven’t even arranged for the order to be delivered. It’s still in the same ordered state as it was a week ago. Absolutely no communication at all. No curiosity to even call. I have been calling the whole day and getting the same response.
