Putrid, Pathetic , Horrible service!
OMW! Warning! You must have patience to deal with Makro, they have a bunch of *********** staff at their call centre, it's been a week and nobody can tell me or assist with order delivery update. Called the call centre everyday and empty promises of getting back to me , no1 actually keeps their promise!
Order is stuck in a packed status for 5 days!!!
