Putred service with Makro online

I will never ever buy again with Makro online. Their service absolutely sucks. I bought an office chair that was delivered to the incorrect address. When the item eventually arrived the next day the box was tampered and it was an old box where parts of the chair was protruding from the box. I did not even bother taking the item because it was presented in such a bad state. Sanelisiwe never phoned back and Simon redirected the item but whatever was delivered was definitely not what l ordered. I WANT MY REFUND, that's it. Nothing can make up for this bad experience l had as a first time customer. Absolutely Disgusting.
