Purchasing an Extended Warranty from MAKRO is a ****!!!!

On 27 February 2025, I called and sent an email to *** regarding a Defy Washing Machine that stopped working. All details relating to the purchase was sent. Upon following up, I was told that my query was never escalated and the consultant proceeded to do so after 4 days had already passed. Things just went downhill from thereon. We are now on week 4 and I still have no indication of when my washing machine will be repaired/replaced. What is the point of purchasing an extended warranty if your internal processes take almost a month to even confirm a date of the repair??? What a waste of time and money!!! Ref #CRVL
