Purchased Online which showed Full Stock

i made a purchase online for a dstv hd decoder from Makro. on the website it clearly shows plenty of stock. i had called everyday since only to be told on the 6th day that i am to wait another 6 days before stocks arrive. None of the Makro staff / personnel had the decency to call me or keep me updated as to whats going on with my purchase. I find that a multi million rand concern treats its customers like ****.
