Purchased goods with false advertising
I have ordered things online. So regarding one of my purchases they have advertised for a quantity of 18 and only sent 6. I have logged a return on the 20th of February 2025, which i haven't gotten a response from. Up till this date. I have also raised my concern over the phone with customer service who advised they will provide me with feedback within 24 hours. I haven't gotten any response I've been sending emails for 3 days on going and no response had been received🙃

10 Mar 2025, 13:36Thanks for your response HERE, I am STILL waiting for feedback. I usually shop with you guys and never experienced this ! It been over 48 hours over days over weeks now that I'm waiting on my refund, I'm not longer interested in even an exchange I just want my funds back and product returned as I will look for another company to supply me with proper service as when it's time to pay there isn't a delay so why should a return be a delay?
