Puchase not delivered, no refund, no feedback or reply

Ordered a product approx a month ago from Makro. Delivery was complete mess and they delivered to wrong address (Mistakes between Makro and their Courier). Short version is: I never received the product and had to go out and buy another one at a store. One of their commerce managers phoned me and confirmed they will process a refund. Nothing happened. 3 weeks ongoing now and i have been sending emails to Makro Support, I am being completely ignored and no one is replying to my enquiries, and no refund happened. They literally stole my money. Bunch of *********** *******.
