PS5 Pre orders
Makro had customers sign up for PS5 pre orders months ago, They then proceeded to launch pre orders online last night without notifying anyone. I also went in store yesterday and the staff told me Makro will NOT be taking pre orders and will only do instore purchases on launch, this turned out to be untrue and now i have missed the chance to pre order after signing up months ago. Makro gave me incorrect information and did not notify us like they stated. I even spend the morning in store waiting for information! I want my pre order sorted out!

21 Sept 2020, 10:10I cant even respond to your response email sent to me this morning. I DID NOT RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION EMAIL! Second to that a CHANCE at a second batch pre order does not fix this incorrectly informed bad management. If you are sorry for making me take a day off work to be **** to by your staff then get your people in charge of the second batch of stock to hold me a Digital PS5 Pre order and i will transfer the 10k whenever you wish. let me know!
