PS5 pre-order in the wind
I ordered a PS5 on the 13th of November 2020 and Makro stated that the delivery of the product would take place from the 16th till the 20th of December 2020. I received an sms from makro stating that they were about to receive stock this was on the 17th of December. Today is the 21st of December and I still have received my order or any information regarding the delivery of the PS5. This is a lot of money and it's really annoying not to receive any feedback. This is definitely the last time I am making a big purchase from Makro.

31 Dec 2020, 12:00Honestly worst service I have had. Makro promised me that my delivery would be taking place today. I had no confirmation from the couriers and I had to call to ask whats going on! They tell me now that they are only going to deliver it on Monday the 4th of January 2021!!! This is ridiculous. Honestly I have waited close 50 days for this order and it's astounding that you guys don't care enough to deliver to your customers on time even after receiving stock! Truly a shock! I have notified my family members and friends and they will not be making purchases from makro.
