Ps5 pre order fail
So unhappy with the service Makro. Makro had us sign up for preorders months ago, I signed up for digital and disk. We received no notification of the release for preorders as was promised. We went online and saw there where consoles available but still no communication was sent out. What was the point to sign up for preorders and then just release the console online.... They have since removed this online.... Frustrated...

As if an email stating that you where handling it is enough to make me just ignore the fact that no communication was received and the process at which this was all handled has all but just been swept under the rug so to speak. Why bother to offer us a service of pre-orders and then NOTHING!! I didn't even sign up for the preorders of the XBox but I got an email about that ??? Please could someone come back to me.
