Proven again to be pathetic

Again the worst experience ever. Makro deliver the incorrect item. I called, sent emails and attempted to create a return log but their website won't allow me to proceed despite all fields being completed. I need the item I ordered and laud for urgently but noone bothers to assist. Do not ever order from them online it's worst service ever. Webchat I waited over 6 hours for a person to assist and then halfway through advising it says sorry it's outside hours try again tomorrow. What the hell.
