Proof of payment,

I purchased a washing machine via the Woodmead store, paid via eft and waited patiently for my delivery. Nothing happened. After contacting them I was asked if I had paid, yes I did, 4 days prior. I sent the payment confirmation, however I was told without a proper proof of payment they can not help me. They are unable to check if the payment is in their bank account. A piece of paper is fine, but not actually seeing if the money is in their account. Well there you go!!
