Promotional item out of stock

On the 22/04/2015 we went to Makro Alberton and while there we purchased a box of Pampers Disposable Nappies which was on promotion, we noted that the promotion also included a box of pampers wipes, however we were advised that the wipes were out of stock and someone would call us once they have stock available to come and collect them. We then went back a month later to inquire and we were advised that the wipes were still out of stock and they cannot give us from the current stock as these were not subject to the promotion.<br> <br> It is now officially 3 months and we are still waiting for someone to call us.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the service that we received at Makro, words cannot begin to even describe the disappointment. <br> <br> From Thandi Mariti
