Promotion promises not delivered

We bought a Bosch Dishwasher on promotion at Makro Centurion, and part of the promotion was to get 4 boxes of Finish all in one dish washing tablets. Sello said he will call us when we can collect to avoid long lines etc. It is now almost 3 months later, and we have still not received it. Can you please assist me to get those tablets?
