PROMISED LIES TO BUY FACE

So I wrote a review regarding the worst service from Makro and they rep**** in private apologizing and promising that they will get back to me and all that nice stafff. WHAT A LIE. Even today Makro has not even attempted to contact me or reply to my email. When I call the call center a very rude staff member told me point blank that there is nothing they can do and if I want to speak to a supervisor I must call at a certain time because they are busy. My money still not returned it will be a month now. What a joke. I will make it my part time job to ruin Makro on social media every chance I get. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO!!! AMAZON AND TAKEALOT ARE BETTER IN SO MANY WAYS.
