**** Products on Makro – Stanley cup

I recently purchased a Stanley Cup from Makro’s online platform, only to receive a **** product. The quality and branding were completely different from what was advertised. This is highly unacceptable, and I am shocked that Makro allows third-party sellers to list counterfeit items on their platform.

I immediately logged a return request and requested a full refund. However, after doing so, I noticed multiple reviews from other customers stating they had received **** products as well. Why is Makro still allowing this product to be sold despite numerous complaints?

As a well-known retailer, I expected better quality control .I hope Makro takes immediate action to resolve this issue and ensures no other customers fall victim to these deceptive practices.

I am still waiting for confirmation on my refund and would appreciate an urgent response. Be cautious when buying branded products from Makro online!
