**** products charging original price and refuse to refund.

So I purchased the samsung galaxy buds3 pro. Which h it cost R4999 but it was on special for R3300. The imgine on their website is the original samsung products and the review are also quite good, so I purchased it. After the wait it arrived just to find out they gave me a **** products of the samsung buds3 pro so ofc you apply for a refund, just for them to reject my refund stating that there are pieces missing and that it was tempered. I got that **** thing and apply the refund within 50min of receiving it, I also have lot of other samsung products to proof that the item that I got is **** and it seems like they ain't doing anything about it.
