Products are worthless and problematic
Their products are horrible and always has issues. I purchased a printer from them in Cornubia. The printer had numerous faults and we returned it to the same store. They said they will assess and repair it. We waited a very long period before it was returned to us. When we received it and started using it, the problem still existed. Do not buy their products because it's problematic and your work etc will get put on hold for months.

Your response relates to a product that I have never purchased indicating how pathetic your service is.
Your manager at Makro contacted me, and is of no assistance. I am expected to bring the product back to you, at my expense, then the product will have to be assessed to determine a credit. Yourl are worthless. Get a half-proper manager for that department who can actually deal with customer's whom your company is doing wrong to. Take some pride in customer satisfaction. I have not received proper assistant. If you want to assist, get someone a little decent to assist and not that "customer service manager" who called me.
