Product not received but paid for.

I am very unhappy with Makro online. I received my order on Sunday but I did not receive my 10 kg golden cloud flour, which I paid R134 for.

I have been calling Makro and sending Emails, they just they will check the store and call me back but never call me back.

I really needed that flour I use it for my kids lunch boxes now I'm stranded. I am very disappointed.
