Product not delivered to date

I ordered a product on the 11th on March I was told the product MAK*** will be delivered on the 24th March, i still haven't received it and its the 25th today, the what's app channel is completely useless as they ignore the messages, i tried to call, was told they don't know why I haven't received the product but the matter will be escalated, like what ****a shop is Makro running?
