Product not delivered still

I have purchase a laptop online. Delivery was attempted the day i was not at home and never came back even though i informed them that i will be home on Thursday last week. Its another week, the courier company said they will deliver on Wednesday, while Makro said Thursday. Both Wednesday and Thursday came and passed and i still dont have my product. Please deliver my product or cancel that order and refund me. The chat has been the worst, not helpful at all. This is a serious inconvenience for me.
