Product not deliverd after notification date

Worst online service ever. Did not recieved my product on the day Makro told me. No communication on delays, or day of delivery after I phoned 3 times about the product Send email without any response Still did not receive my product, they work the same way as ****mers, and don't bother contacting their client or let them know of delivery changes.
