Product delivery delays

Bought a TV online on the 31st August 2022... Paid and recieved invoice. It is now the 9th September 2022 and the delivery has not been made. The tracking site says the product has been packaged since 4th September 2022.i made numerous attempts to get clarity but the call centre agents made empty promises of the matter being made urgent. I haven't even recieved communication about the status of my product. Makro crownmines has not even made efforts to reach out to me. I'm really disappointed with their service...
