Purchased a Goldair 26’ industrial fan online and received a IStar 26’ fan

Might not seem like a problem until I did research on the IStar fan is way under powered vs the Goldair and is about R400 less so my question to Makro SA is how can you allow this to happen? How can you sell products to consumers at a price and when the product is received it’s different and way cheaper? The specs are not even in the same realm…. Now I must wait 24 days for a refund that is totally unacceptable and ********* I already waited 2 weeks for the product😡
