Problems with refund

Once again Makro is dropping the ball. We purchased items that were returned due to damaged goods being delivered to us, but the refund is just not being processed. The call centre cannot help as the problem is one of the supplier not confirming that the goods were damaged, although I have pictures to confirm this. How long must I still wait? MAK*** if someone from Makro is interested to assist!
