Problem with delivery

I bought a Karaoke Mic from Makro on the 28th of May and they said their estimated delivery is on 3rd of June and today it's the 6th of June and still nothing , no communication or email to let me know what's going on. I tried calling Makro but they are not assisting me with anything.
