Problem in getting my refund and poor service from Makro Springfiled

Until this day im having issue to claim my online credit. It has been 15 days already waiting for my refund to reflect in my online account.

A week before last week( 04May 2023) I called and had a chat with a guy by the name of Mukelani Zungu, he promised to do follow-up and call me the following day but he didn't do as he promised.

On Monday (15 May 2023) I called again and spoke with Hlengiwe Mkize and she also promised that I will receive my refund the following day. until this day no one called me back and when i called the branch both of the people mentioned are always busy.
